1. At Marsh Mill branch left (signposted Plymouth) then at Marsh Mills Roundabout take the 1^st exit into Plymouth Road – A374 (signposted City Centre)
2. Continue forward onto Plymouth Road – A374. Entering Plymouth
3. Keep in left hand lane to bear A374 (one-way) (signposted City Centre)
4. At Cattedown roundabout take the 1^st exit onto Exeter Street – A374 (signposted City Centre)
5. At Charles Church roundabout take first exit onto Royale Parade
6. At the roundabout with the fountain take 3^rd exit onto the parade
7. At Derry’s roundabout take 2^nd exit into Union Street
8. Carry straight on and over several mini-roundabouts and over Stonehouse Bridge (heading Torpoint Ferry)
9. At the roundabout with the Mecca Bingo on it – take the first left hand and then first left again signposted Granby Gate.
10. Follow signs into Naval Base and report to security on the gate

Avoiding City Centre

1. Remain on A38 and follow signs to Saltash & Liskeard
2. Turn off A38 and follow signs to Torpoint (A374)
3. You will pass Home Park, Plymouth Argyle Football Ground on your left and at the second set of traffic lights past the Football Ground go straight ahead on A374 towards Stoke Village.
4. Stay on A374 passing through Stoke Village until you come to a mini roundabout, turn right onto Albert Road
5. At the traffic lights by a Flat Complex called Latitude 52 turn left
6. Go up the hill carrying on through the first set of traffic lights and onto the second set of traffic lights where you must turn next right onto Granby Way
7. You will see two grassed areas on your right side, proceed to the bottom of this one way road and Granby Gate is at the bottom on the left
8. Follow signs into Naval Base and report to security on the gate

Camel Head Gate

1. At Marsh Mills fly over carry on towards Liskeard and Saltash
2. Keep A 38 and follow signs to HM Naval Base
